Office Policies

We prefer you call ahead for an appointment. Many times we are able to see patients for acute problems the same day and try to do so when necessary. We will call you the day before your appointment to confirm. Please check in at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment. Payment or copays are expected at the time of service.

We do not routinely call patients with normal test results unless you request we inform you. We will call you if your lab work results are concerning to the physician. Please allow 5 business days for us to obtain routine lab results.

We ask that you give us 24 hour notice to call in refills for your prescriptions to your pharmacy and paperwork or forms to be completed. Dr. Farrington and Jeff Ritterprefer seeing their patients before prescribing medication or giving work/school notes.

Patients who are on chronic pain medications must have sufficient records forwarded to our office and reviewed by Dr. Farrington and Jeff Ritter before we will agree to continue this treatment regiment.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer this appointment slot to other patients who may have an immediate need to our care.

Payment Plans

We offer several payment options especially to self pay or uninsured patients.

We offer a 20 to 25% discount on our services if paid in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check or charge/debit cards for this payment.
